Please find below our Terms and Conditions for the use of Maison Cadrans website. We advise you to check them before making a purchase or using any of our other services, as these Terms and Conditions might sometimes be modified. Please note that using our website or purchasing through it constitutes an agreement to abide by the below Maison Cadrans Terms and Conditions, which shall override any other Terms and Conditions.

Online shopping

We have taken all the precautions for the products on our website to look as similar as reality. Nevertheless, the image you see depends on your screen’s display and color capabilities. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the images you see are a strictly accurate representation of the actual product.

Orders

Through the Maison Cadrans website, you are able to purchase an item, enquire to book an item (this choice can include the payment of a deposit), or book an appointment to choose your item in person. Upon ordering or pre-booking an item, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the necessary details. In certain cases, you might be notified of the non-acceptance of the order. Various reasons can explain the non-acceptance of an order:

  • ● The product you ordered is out of stock.
  • ● We were unable to obtain clearance of your payment.
  • ● There was an error in the product description identification.
  • ● Your order enquiry did not successfully pass our verification checks.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are to be made within ten (10) days as of the invoice date, at our Maison Cadrans appointed Points of Sale or online through filling the enquiry form, with the following Terms and Conditions applied:

  • ● Return and exchange claims must be presented within 10 days of the invoice date.
  • ● The original invoice must be presented.
  • ● All returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches, markings, or size adjustment and in their original packaging including warranty and instruction documents.
  • ● For any exchange made with (a) product(s) of superior value of the returned product(s), the client will pay the value difference. Any exchange done with (a) product(s) of inferior value of the returned product(s), no reimbursement of value difference will be made but a credit note only will be issued by this difference amount, with a validity of three (3) months. The value of returned items considered during returns and exchanges (and notably in credit notes) is its public price inclusive of VAT mentioned on the original invoice.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

Any content on the Maison Cadrans website (such as information, text, designs, images, multimedia content, corporate designations, software, files…), are all under legal protection. Please note that our website content, whether in part or as a whole, cannot be copied, transmitted or sold in any way, without prior written permission from Maison Cadrans.

The above mentioned written permission grants you a limited license to access and use parts of the website content, while keeping all copyright and other proprietary notices intact. Such content can only be used for personal, non-profit and non-commercial purposes. Therefore, it does not allow you to upload nor share the content on any other platform.
