Maison Cadrans is an official certified retailer of all brands represented on the website. All our products are directly sourced from the original manufacturers.
I cannot find the model that I am looking for, what should I do?
If you are looking for a specific item and know its brand, name or reference number, try using the search box. For a wider search, you might want to use the navigation menu or visit our online shop where you can refine your results by using the different filters. If you still can’t find your request, please feel free to contact us or fill in the enquiry form and one of our ambassadors will get in touch with you.
Is there a warranty for my timepiece/jewellery? What does it cover?
Upon your purchase, you will receive the manufacturer’s warranty that varies by brand. Most warranties are usually valid for two years from the date of purchase. For further information regarding a warranty on your specific purchase, please contact us or fill in the enquiry form and one of our ambassadors will get in touch with you.
How long will my order take to deliver?

Due to the current situation, deliveries may be affected by delays or restrictions. We thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Deliveries are only accepted within Lebanese territory.
  • Standard orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Reserve-and-collect service is available at any of our boutiques, you may select that option at checkout and our ambassadors will get in touch with you to assist you further. Please ensure that your order confirmation and personal ID are available with you at pick-up.
I have changed my mind after purchasing. Can I return or exchange my timepiece/jewellery?
All returns and exchanges are to be made within ten (10) days as of the invoice date, at our Maison Cadrans appointed Points of Sale or online through filling the enquiry form, with the following Terms and Conditions applied:

  • Return and exchange claims must be presented within 10 days of the invoice date.
  • The original invoice must be presented.
  • All returned and exchanged items must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches, markings, or size adjustment and in their original packaging including warranty and instruction documents.
  • For any exchange made with (a) product(s) of superior value of the returned product(s), the client will pay the value difference. Any exchange done with (a) product(s) of inferior value of the returned product(s), no reimbursement of value difference will be made but a credit note only will be issued by this difference amount, with a validity of three (3) months. The value of returned items considered during returns and exchanges (and notably in credit notes) is its public price inclusive of VAT mentioned on the original invoice.
Can I wear my timepiece/jewellery under water?

How can I order a timepiece/jewellery?
