"The train of kings and the king of trains", linking Paris to Istanbul, was inaugurated in 1883. A rich layer of midnight-blue Chinese lacquer outlined in white mother-of-pearl echoes the Orient Express’ carriages in this Limited Edition. Parts chiselled in gold and platinum imitate the handles and the chassis of the carriages. The medallion on the lighter and pen-clip is inspired by the iconic décor of the luxurious passenger wagons. Each piece is part of a limited edition of 1883 items. The "Diamond" collection is limited to 28 items, chiselled in solid white gold and strewn with white diamonds.
